Shipping Policy

What is your shipping policy?

For orders under $60 (after any discounts are applied) we charge a small shipping and handling fee of $9.99.

For orders over $60 (after any discounts are applied) we offer FREE shipping!

Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. We will send you an email with your shipment tracking number once your order has been processed.

Will I receive notification or a tracking number when my order ships?

Yes. We’ll send a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.

Does Defiance Tools ship outside of the US?

Currently, no. In the future, maybe....Definitely maybe!

Return & Exchange Policy

What’s your return policy?

Here at Defiance Tools we are a husband and wife team and we strive to make our customers happy. If you are not completely satisfied with your order within 30 days please email us at orders@defiancetools.com with your name, order # and the reason you are dissatisfied. We, in-turn, will provide you with the proper return address. Once the item is returned to us we will be happy to refund the purchase amount. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item send us an email at orders@defiancetools.com

Shipping Returns Back to Defiance Tools

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
